その他に、ワリスでは再就職を希望する女性がスムーズに企業で働くための場として、「キャリアママインターン」というインターンシップ（就労体験）プログラムも提供している。インターンシップ期間は１～３ヶ月程度で、ワリスと契約した企業へのエントリーと選考の後、インターンが始まる。
これまで、日本航空（JAL）、日本たばこ産業（JT）、サイボウズなどの大手企業がワリスのインターンシップ制度を取り入れており、インターン終了後にそのまま再就職した女性も現れている。
インターンを募集する業務は各企業によって異なるが、インターンとして採用した女性のスキルやキャリアに応じて配属先と業務内容が決まる仕組みだ。インターン期間中には時間給のかたちで報酬が支払われるほか、交通費も支給されるし、勤務日や勤務時間は相談に応じて柔軟に対応する企業がほとんどだ。
